Typical pricing for books is $1 for softcover and $2 for hardcover respectively.
For textbooks, we pay a fair rate based on its current market price. Condition, edition and subject matter does affect value. It is always a safe bet to bring all textbooks for inspection.
If you have a few hundred books or more, we may be able to come to you. Simply call or email us and we can schedule some arrangements. However if you only have less than a hundred to get rid of, we may first ask you for a picture of the books to make sure it is worth your time and effort to schedule a meeting or pickup.
We are primarily interested in non-fiction. We’re interested in all types of subjects. We also deal with mixed bulk lots that may come from an estate cleanup, clean out, remainders of a book sale, store liquidation, or any other situation where a large amount of books are required to be moved.
Art, cookbooks, history, religion, science, education, astrology, crafts, sports, textbooks – these are just a few of the types of books we buy every day. We generally do not deal with fiction books, but there will always be exceptions in which case we can make an offer.
We do not accept books with water damage, stains, or notable physical damage (Tears, cover page missing, gnawing etc.). We do purchase books that have highlights and underlines depending on subject matter and physical condition of the book.
We don’t buy Time Series, Life Series, Encyclopedias, Advanced Readers Copies, Book Club versions, National Geographic books or Mass Market Fiction Paperbacks.
